We work with your team to hit success metrics & growth goals.

The following requirements are needed to maintain franchise status:

4.0+ rating

Successful franchisees are expected to maintain a review rating of 4.0 or higher on any active delivery platform. We’ll work with you to find out why any ratings fall below 4.0 and come up with a solution.

Missed orders

Franchisees should have less than a combined 10 missed orders or errors. We’ll work with you to find out why errors are above the maximum and come up with a solution.

Days open

Your virtual restaurant must be open at least 15 days or 80% of the days your physical restaurant is in operation (whichever is lesser).
